If you're applying for a Jewish school place, you may need to collect CRP (Certificate of Religious Practice) points. Kehillat Nashira offers a welcoming way to earn these points through services, learning, and volunteering. Here’s everything you need to know about collecting your CRP points with us.

CRP?
CRP stands for Certificate of Religious Practice. Many Jewish schools require this as part of their admissions process to show a family's commitment to Jewish life and community involvement.
How Many CRP Points Do I Need?
The number of CRP points required varies by school, so it’s best to check the admissions criteria of the school you're applying for.
When Can I Start Collecting Points?
CRP points can usually be collected during the school year prior to application. For 2025-2026 applicants, here are specific dates for collecting CRP points through synagogue attendance:
Nursery & Reception applicants: April 25, 2025 – January 9, 2026
Year 7 applicants: April 25, 2025 – October 24, 2025
Year 12 applicants: April 25, 2025 – January 9, 2026 (attendance must be recorded on the US online system by this date, but it can still be recorded manually until the school’s deadline).
Please do double check the relevant school’s website for specific timelines.
