This week, Rabbi Miriam is in New York celebrating the ordination of a new cohort of female rabbis at Maharat. While there, she reunited with her chevruta (study partner) and friend Rabba Adina Roth - an Australian rabbi, teacher, and psychologist, to share Torah together.
Rabbi Miriam says:
"We all anticipate how we think others are judging us, and most of us are overly harsh in our predictions. Adina shares a midrash in which Hashem asks us to assume that we're seen by others not as insects, but as angels..."
