The Grief Circle is an invite to process all feelings that Tisha B’Av brings up, including but not limited to our requirement to mourn. The strong intention is a supportive and authentic environment. Ideal if you have struggled to connect with the day, or you find it emotionally overwhelming but have wondered where to turn with those feelings.
