Motzei Shabbat, Saturday Night | August 2

10:10pm – Communal Reading of Eicha (Lamentations)

To begin the saddest day in our calendar, after Shabbat ends, we’ll meet outdoors in the Lorie family’s garden for Maariv and a candlelit reading of the book of Eicha. Bring something to sit on, and a device ready with Eicha. Rabbi Miriam will share some thoughts before the reading, and Kinnot will be read by community members in English and Hebrew. If you would like to read a Kinnah, please let Rabbi Miriam know. We invite you to join us beneath the night sky.
